HAPERT Amigo
This innovative, sturdy trailer (2.10 x 1.14 m) is available in
a 750 kg unbraked version and a 1,350 kg braked version. This
compact trailer is by no means inferior to the other members of the
HAPERT family and you are, therefore, guaranteed the same quality
every HAPERT trailer is renowned for! The Amigo
has an antislip loading platform and a flat tailboard, as well as
double-sided anodized aluminium walls with robust, easy to operate
fasteners. Thanks to the clever assembly grooves on both the inside
and the outside, it is very easy to secure the load, so you no
longer have to rely on fastening hooks under the trailer. The
assembly grooves also form the basis for accessories such as a
binding rail, cargo net, tarpaulin and even a cover. You can easily
install these accessories yourself.
The HAPERT Amigo has a thoroughly tested,
riveted construction. What is unique is the way the loading
platform is connected to the axle and the drawbar. The axle is
attached to the drawbar via two connecting elements in such a
way that a torque which is applied to the axle is absorbed by the
drawbar. This construction means that there is no need for a
chassis, so that the weight of the trailer decreases whilst the
trailer's load capacity increases. Deformation and pulling tests
have shown that the rivet connection is stronger than the
traditional nut and bolt connection, which means that there is
hardly any stress in the construction. Rivets are also more
resistant to vibrations. The load capacity has been extensively
tested and tests have shown that the construction remains intact
even for loads of more than 300% of the permitted load!
There is an Amigo for every job. Besides the basic model, there
is also the Amigo Large (2.60 x 1.34 m) and the Amigo Top (2.30 x
1.40 m), which has its wheels under the loading platform. If you
add to that the various option packages and accessories, you will
have to agree that there is an Amigo trailer for every job.

Customized Amigo
The HAPERT Amigo can be customized to meet the needs of the
customer. This not only concerns alterations to the load capacity
and the size of the trailer, but also the numerous accessories and
option packages.
